During the water replenishment process of the heating system, air can enter the heating pipes. When air gets congested, it can cause the heating to be ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to set up OR exhaust valves to release air and ensure smooth circulation of the heating system.
Principle of operation: When water enters the pipeline, the plug head stops at the lower part of the positioning frame, allowing for a large amount of air to be released. When the air is completely expelled, water enters the valve, causing the ball to float, which drives the plug head to close and stop the air release. During normal operation of the pipeline, a small amount of gas is naturally generated, which accumulates at the upper part of the pipe. When the gas reaches a certain level, the water level in the valve drops, and the float descends with the water, allowing gas to escape through a small hole. In the event of a power outage or pump shutdown, when the water flow in the pipeline is empty, negative pressure may occur at any time. The float descends with the water, opening the small hole to allow a large amount of air to enter, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
